Our story
Who we help, and what we are actually good at
Greenerlawn has been trading for around ten years from 3 Garsdale Avenue in Bolton. In that time the work has come almost entirely through recommendation and repeat customers, one of our Google reviewers first used us eight years ago and has been back since.
Most of the people we help are homeowners who have run out of patience with a lawn that is mud from October to April, a patio that rocks and pools water, or a garden that has simply become more work than it is worth. What they want is a garden they can use all year without maintaining it every weekend, and a price they can trust.
We specialise in artificial grass and every type of paving except resin: porcelain, natural Indian stone, block paving and concrete slabs, plus the fencing, decking, timber borders and planting that finish a garden off. Underneath all of it sits the work we are most particular about: groundwork and drainage, carried out in-house.
Alongside domestic gardens we have completed a large school project and multiple nursery installations, where surfaces have to stay safe and usable under constant traffic. We cover Bolton, Horwich, Westhoughton, Farnworth, Kearsley, Little Lever, Blackrod, Bury, Radcliffe, Atherton, Chorley and the wider Greater Manchester area.

How we work, and what we will not do
Our aim is simple: build gardens that still look right in ten years, and be straightforward to deal with while we do it.
The base decides everything
Excavation depth, compaction, falls and drainage are where a garden is won or lost. We do all of it ourselves rather than passing it to a subcontractor, because it is the part nobody sees and the part that fails first when it is rushed.
One small team, start to finish
There are three of us. The person who quotes your garden is on site building it, so nothing gets lost between a salesperson and a fitter.
Fixed prices, not day rates
You get a written price after a proper look at the garden. It covers excavation, disposal, materials and labour, and it does not creep once work starts.
Site left clean
Spoil and old materials leave site instead of being spread around the garden, and we clear up before handing over.
Honest advice, including no
If artificial grass is the wrong answer for a space, or a job needs drainage before anything else, we say so at the visit rather than after the deposit.
