What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or town, the service you are interested in and any details you add about the job. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead , carry out and guarantee the work. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept only as long as needed to follow them up. Where we have carried out work, we keep job and contact records for the length of the guarantee period so we can honour it, and for as long as we are required to keep business records.
Who else sees it
Only the small Greenerlawn team, plus the service providers that host this website and deliver our email and enquiry messages. We may share details with our insurer or a professional adviser where we are legally required to.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies. Standard technical data may be recorded by our hosting provider to keep the site running and secure. Pages that embed a Google Map are provided by Google and are subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
